That very time when the character is not yet an adult, but no longer a child, gives the heroes determination, courage and bravery. Teenagers are not yet afraid to challenge this world.

Taking the last step into the unknown is much easier if you are not burdened with adult life.
Teenagers see the world through the eyes of adults and through the eyes of children at the same time, so sometimes the most unexpected things come out of a child’s mouth.

Weather as a character

One of the characters in the film is the weather. She reacts to the actions and moods of the characters. But at the same time, it is the conflict with the sky that is the cause of events and the basis of the plot [it is noteworthy that, apart from the weather, we practically do not see the antagonists].

When snow begins to fall over Tokyo in mid-August, the weather (as a separate character) begins to get angry and the viewer understands how further events will develop.

The spirits of nature want to bring their child back.

A connection between two worlds that is a reflection of our actions

One of the contradictions that reveals the conflict of the picture.

One cumulus cloud contains enough water to fill a lake. And it is possible that some kind of living creature lives there.

If in your right mind you take this plot structure and try to complete the plot, then perhaps you will get several options for the development of events and interpretations.

Even if you take every word and subject it to inversion, you will get a completely different plot that has a right to exist.

They show us what a person in love is capable of.

And paradoxically, he is able to arrange his own personal happiness, while sacrificing the happiness of the whole world.
